Waist Training…Where Does The Fat Go?

I am often asked where the fat you shed while waist training goes? Does it go into your boobs or your butts. Here’s my attempt at answering this question.

A corset reshapes you. It does NOT move the fat you shed while waist training to another area of your body. Your boobs & butts only appear larger because your waist has become smaller.

Generally speaking, weight loss entails breathing out fat. This is not synonymous to only waist training.
If you go to the gym and lost 20lbs of fat, that fat doesn’t move somewhere else. Rather, it metabolises into carbon dioxide and leaves your body through breathing. And also through your sweat glads and urine.

The fact that you are waist training does NOT automatically mean the you will shed weight!
Some ladies remain the same weight, some gain weight while others will lose weight.
For you to lose weight at all via any method, there must be some form of caloric deficit.
It’s either you’re eating less or burning more calories.

Many people who waist train actively often report a decrease in their appetite. This is because the corset makes them feel fuller faster. It is almost like having on an external gastric band.
This is what causes weight loss while waist training.

Waist training is body modification through compression. Your body simply takes the shape and size of the corset over time.
